Grow With Us
At CWC Consulting Ltd, we believe the quality of our services begins with the quality of our people. Our mission — to offer high-quality professional services and to become part of your business — applies just as much internally as it does to our clients. We invest in our team the way we invest in our clients: with competence, due care, and a long-term view.
Whether you are a seasoned accountant, a tax specialist, an HR professional, an immigration consultant, or a student seeking your first industrial attachment, CWC offers an environment where your work has visible impact on real businesses across Kenya — from start-ups and SMEs to enterprises and international companies.

Send a Speculative ApplicationInternships & Attachments
We host interns and industrial attachés throughout the year. You will rotate across accounting, payroll, tax and advisory engagements, work on real client files under supervision, and receive structured feedback. Many of our attachés return to us as full-time consultants — because we understand that the growth process, like business growth, is non-linear, and success often follows early failures. We are willing to be part of that journey with you.

What to Expect
We assess your CV and cover letter against the role and our values.
A short telephone or video conversation to understand your background and expectations.
A face-to-face (or virtual) panel with the relevant service line lead.
A practical task where relevant, followed by reference and background checks.
A clear offer, structured onboarding, and a mentor from day one.
CWC Consulting never charges any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. Any request for payment claiming to be from CWC should be reported to us immediately at info@cwc.co.ke.
